OK App, but tin can never load my medical menu :(

UPDATE: As PROMISED I'm updating my review to reflect that as of the update pushed vii/nine/19 the medical carte doesn't load in the app Simply I am at least able to add together it to my apple wallet. Not a v star update, but I am ok with giving this 4 stars now. Thanks DEVELOPERS AND Squad!! My original review is below.

The app is functional and does an constructive job of letting you lot know your claims and current plan limits (deductible and out of pocket).

However, I can't load my menu which would exist enough for me to give the app 4/five stars but it seems I can't get anyone to help me fix. Tin can dev help? I would gladly update my review to reflect that devs help customers and fixed bug I am encountering.

BCBS major failure

DO NOT USE THIS APP. Information technology'due south a major development failure. Nothing ever works. Don't take my word for it. Look at the review history on how often this app failed. It constantly leaves y'all to calling straight to get answers and the lines are always clogged. If I was BCBS I would be suing the developer for breach of contract every bit it'south a P.O.S. I have never been able to log in. BCBS, exercise not advertise a platform and route people to use it when it's a catastrophic failure. This app and its ability is a representation of the management group for BCBS and their lack of respect for the people that are trying to navigate the gross injustice of the american health care system. In that location no other information on them ex. rating, specialty, who they cater to, etc. which leaves you to take to google information technology and god forbid you practice that at the same fourth dimension, because if you attempt it resets the app and here you are beginning your search once more and dorsum at step 1! I am not the kind of person who chooses a provider because their proper name sounds cool. I want to know a little more details so that my time and theirs isn't being wasted! I don't know, if you're going to develop an app to make things "more convenient and accessible" so y'all should actually do that or don't give the option at all.
